Busy, Busy, Busy!

Sorry its been so long since I posted, been busy, summer busy.
My husband and I celebrated our 19 wedding anniversary last week, I won a karaoke contest (an hour recording in a professional studio), had the sheep pen scraped out (the guy on the tractor took it down about two feet!), built a chicken pen (its small right now, I will enlarge it later), pulling/poisoning weeds, etc, etc, etc.
A friend of mine in the Ruby Mountain Fiber Group made a baby sweater out of some cotton I spun; it turned out so nice, I asked if I could post a pic here. She is such an awesome knitter! As are many of you who I read often, but I touched this! :)
I am in awe of knitters, although I have heard knitters often enough say they cant crochet, too many stitches to learn or some such. I suppose I should just get off the stick and teach myself how to knit something besides a swatch!
We have a huge amount of family coming in for the 4th, so looks like I'm going to have to do that Spring cleaning after all :)

Happy Independence Day!

is that a vest? I really like the design (ribs are so flattering!); I wonder if it could be made to fit an adult? So do you have chickens yet???

Becky, thought we lost you! Did you not get to Black Sheep? Summer brings with it all those great hot miserable jobs. I'm looking forward to fall!
Ok, you sing?!?!

Congratulations - 19 years!!

We need to get you knitting girl. I can crochet and like it for a finish on knitting. One of my favorite sweaters I made for Alexia was completely fringed in it. I still prefer knitting.
